• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster as scheduled.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Clean food prep and production areas as required.
• Fill in as needed to support restaurant operations.
