Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and other cooking utensils; restock all clean glasses, silverware and plates.
• Perform general cleaning to stay compliant with health department requirements.
• Rotate stock using first in, first out method and store dry goods properly.
• Take out trash from all containers and dispose at loading dock dumpster.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks as assigned and respond to spills or guest requests.
