The role involves handling soiled dishes, stacking and transporting clean items, stocking deliveries, and assisting with general restaurant and restroom cleaning. We offer DailyPay, paid vacation, health and life insurance, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve soiled dishes from the tables and bus pans in the dining room.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes; carry clean dishes to cook's line and storage areas.
• Stock and rotate incoming food deliveries from suppliers.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
• Set up or break down dishwashing area.
• Sweep up trash around exterior and dumpster area.
• Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
• Wipe up spills to keep kitchen floors dry.
• Work with staff as a team with a positive attitude.
• Other duties as directed
