Job summary
Overland Park SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking a reliable Dishwasher General Purpose to perform cleaning and storage of dishes and kitchen equipment, maintaining a clean and sanitary work area in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities
- Prepare soiled dishes for automated cleaning.
- Operate automated dishwashing equipment and adjust settings.
- Hand wash pots, pans, and utensils.
- Maintain sanitary kitchen conditions.
- Dispose of trash and clean work areas.
- Follow sanitation procedures and pest-control schedules.
- Store and clean dinnerware and equipment.
- Wear food service safety gear as required.
- Assist with delivering trays or serving food as needed.
- Protect resident information as required.
