Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time kitchen helper to support dining services in Parker, CO. The role involves dishwashing, cleaning utensils, sanitizing equipment, and maintaining a clean kitchen per schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must be able to communicate in an interdisciplinary team.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk and move frequently during working hours.
• Must be able to lift, carry up to 30 lbs., and push or pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform dish and pot washing, and general cleaning duties.
• Wash utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for dining room resets.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen per cleaning schedules.
• Clean dish room, wash floor mats, drain and clean dishwasher, and shine stainless steel.
• Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors and storage areas.
