Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma is a plus; Texas Food Handlers certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of clean dishes by collecting soiled items from kitchen.
• Prepare dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking stations.
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen.
• Keep dish pit area clean and organized.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Sweep and mop floors, especially after spills.
• Take out trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Support other restaurant staff with additional tasks.
