• Clean dish storage.
• Follow sanitation policies at all times.
• Assist prep cook and kitchen staff during peak times.
• Perform opening, closing and side work.
• Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately.
• Report sanitation or janitorial issues to appropriate party.
• Maintain workflow to meet schedules.
• Notify supervision of equipment or supply issues.
