Qualifications

• 1+ years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience.
• Current food handler's card and other certifications as required by law.
• Basic restaurant skills: storage, cleaning, stocking of plateware, utensils, and equipment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination by promoting genuine hospitality and teamwork.
• Foster cleanliness and sanitation of tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
• Keep the dishroom and equipment clean and organized.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards across kitchen operations.
