Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our kitchen team in providing clean, properly washed dishes for residents and guests.

You will follow established health and safety procedures, restock supplies, perform daily cleaning tasks, and assist with maintaining a tidy, orderly kitchen environment. A positive attitude, good communication, and teamwork are essential as you cooperate with culinary staff to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
