Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload the dish machine while keeping the dish room clean and organized.
• Monitor water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycles and report issues.
• Maintain adequate levels of detergents and clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at scheduled times.
