Discovery ManagementGroup is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support a clean, safe kitchen in a senior living setting. You will help ensure dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, enabling the culinary team to deliver high-quality dining experiences to residents.

The role emphasizes adherence to sanitation standards, safe handling of materials, and collaboration with kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Must work well in a team.
• Able to work in hot, wet kitchen conditions.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• May be exposed to hot water, steam, chemicals, and sharp equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment and sanitize dishes.
• Set up and maintain dishwashing areas.
• Keep kitchen areas clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Clean dish machines and production equipment.
• Follow cleaning schedules to maintain sanitation.
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.
• Record sanitation and temperature logs.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing supplies.
• Attend required trainings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
