Job summary

Shooters Sports Grill in Ohio is hiring immediately for a Dishwasher to support the culinary team by keeping the kitchen clean and organized. The role involves washing dishes, pots and pans, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness to back the mission and goals of the restaurant.

The Dishwasher will follow all safety and sanitation policies, maintain a neat appearance, and work with staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment and report deficiencies
• Wash dishes, glassware and silverware
• Wash pots, pans and trays
• Clean countertops and walls; mop floors
• Segregate and remove trash; place in designated containers
• Regularly empty garbage containers
• Rinse and wash garbage cans
• Stack clean dishes and transfer to storage area
• Sweep and mop dining and bathroom floors
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Maintain neat, clean and professional appearance
• Follow safety and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support the team
• Attend required training and meetings
• Protect company assets and proprietary information
