Job summary

Lazy Dog Restaurants in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Dishwasher to keep dishware, glassware, tableware, and utensils clean and sanitized, while maintaining the dish machine, dish room, prep area, and equipment.

You are tidy, follow daily cleaning procedures, and ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment. High School is preferred; hourly pay ranges from $16 to $18 with benefits and growth opportunities at this location.

Qualifications

• Maintain clean dish area and sanitize equipment.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety rules.
• Operate dish machine and loaders.

Responsibilities

• You sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through the dish machine.
• You sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas.
• You change dishwater in the dish machine as required.
• You wash pots, pans, and trays
• You fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
• You assemble/disassemble the dish machine.
• You prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.
