Qualifications

• Demonstrates a basic understanding of sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses and kitchen utensils, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keep the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers and co-workers.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.
