• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses, washes and cleans dishes and utensils.
• Polishes silver and maintains cleanliness of equipment.
• Keeps dish area safe and sanitary; follows safety procedures.
