Job summary

Tommy Bahama is seeking team members to live the island life, delivering 5-star food and service in a hospitality-focused environment. You will participate in a supportive crew, ensure cleanliness and safety, and contribute to a guest experience that embodies aloha and relaxation across all shifts.

Requirements include 1+ years in high-volume culinary/hospitality, a current food handler’s card, and basic knowledge of restaurant skills, cleaning, and stocking.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of high-volume culinary/hospitality experience.
• Current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant skills – food, equipment, kitchenware, storage and rotation, cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• General housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination – Actively participate in a team environment, demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote culinary success
• Set the course – Foster cleanliness, sanitizing tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment
• Build the perfect oasis – Keep the dishroom and equipment clean and organized
• Support your crew – Ensure safety, cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
