Responsibilities

• Cleans and washes dishes, other cooking utensils and ensures for the cleanliness of all kitchen areas.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen at all times.
• Performs side duties including rolling silverware, cleaning trays, restocking shelves, filling ice bins, cleaning and breaking down service area, and making coffee.
• Attendance: reports to work as scheduled, on time, and ready to work.
• Alerts supervisor of any safety or quality concerns.
