Tumbleweed Tex Mex Grill & Margarita Bar is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our busy kitchen. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $11 to $14 with both full-time and part-time opportunities, in a fast-paced food service environment.

• Operate and maintain dishwashing machine and sink properly.
• Maintain service ware supply by pacing work.
• Ensure items are cleaned, sanitized and stored correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and personal hygiene per guidelines.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards for a safe workplace.
• Perform all side work as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Have a complete working knowledge of the operation/use of thedishwashing machine and compartment sink
• Be able to maintain a working pace that ensures an adequate supplyof service ware regardless of the volume of business
• Ensure that all items are properly cleaned, sanitized and stored intheir proper places
• Maintain a level of cleanliness, sanitation and personal hygienethat meets Tumbleweed guidelines
• Understand and follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensurea safe working environment for all employees
• Perform all side work as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
