Responsibilities include operating a commercial dishwasher, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas, and collaborating with staff to ensure smooth dining services.

Qualifications

• Able to lift/move at least 50 lbs.
• Be able to remain stationary and work in a kitchen environment.
• Able to navigate around facility and kitchen areas.
• Must safely operate a commercial dishwashing machine.

Responsibilities

• Assists with cleaning and sanitation of all dishes, pots, silverware, and pans.
• Participate in cleaning of kitchen and dining areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen, cooler, and dish room floors each shift.
• Take out trash and discarded cardboard to dumpster area each shift.
• Complete cleaning and organizational duties on time and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
