Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing and sanitation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses the dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and methods to maintain sanitation standards.
• Maintains safety procedures and follows provided standards.
• Monitors temperatures and chemical levels to stay compliant with safety rules.
• Keeps dish area organized and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain sanitation.
• Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other prep surfaces.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
