Parkhurst Dining at North Central College invites you to join a values-driven, guest-focused team. As a Dishwasher, you’ll run dishes and silverware through the dish machine, support kitchen operations, and help keep the dish area clean and organized.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment that values reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail, with physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Standing and walking for entire shift (100%).
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs; frequently up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures.
• Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management.
• Keep dish room clean at all times.
• Keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods.
• Clean dish machine after every meal.
