Job summary

J. Alexander's Restaurant is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment. You will maintain spotless dishware, keep the station clean, and follow sanitation protocols while collaborating closely with kitchen staff and management.

The role requires 18+ years old, experience with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens, and flexibility across shifts to meet restaurant needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute dish cleaning to high sanitation standards and maintain clean station.
• Operate with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Coordinate with team members and management to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
