Parkhurst Dining, part of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, is seeking a dedicated dishwasher in Kalamazoo, MI. You will help run dishes through the machine, keep the dish room clean, and ensure a steady supply of utensils and glassware during service.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking for 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Run dishes and silverware through the dish machine following proper procedures.
• Clean and maintain designated equipment and areas as directed by management.
• Keep the dish room clean at all times.
• Maintain a sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods.
• Clean the dish machine after every meal.
