Job summary

A leading restaurant group in Garden Grove is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and organization of dishes and small wares. This role involves ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, restocking supplies, and general cleaning of the restaurant. Candidates should have 1+ years of BOH experience in a full-service restaurant, be team players, and be available to work various shifts. Qualifications

• 1+ year BOH experience in full-service restaurant preferred.
• Must be available to work a variety of opens, swings and closes.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and flow while washing dishes and utensils.
• Practice food safety and sanitation.
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift.
• General cleaning of the restaurant.
• Clear understanding of how the dish machine runs and all its chemical components.
