Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking an AM shift dishwashing position to support Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities. You will operate the dishwashing machine, maintain cleanliness, and assist in receiving supplies while upholding safety and hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with preferred prior experience, and able to work flexible hours including weekends. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule weekends

Responsibilities

• Operates dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintains clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.
