Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring for a full-time kitchen support role in Burr Ridge, IL. You will perform dishwashing, utensil washing, and general cleaning to maintain a clean dining area.

Shifts are 8am-3pm and 12pm-8pm. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 40 lbs; strong teamwork and reliability required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, and move frequently during shifts.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties.
• Wash utensils, chinaware, and glassware for dining room resets.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and kitchen surfaces.
• Clean dish room, including mats and dishwasher maintenance.
• Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors.
