Job summary

The Mining Exchange Hotel, part of Schulte Hospitality Group, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher for a full-time role at their Colorado Springs location. The position involves cleaning dishes, maintaining the dish area, and supporting kitchen operations.

Compensation is hourly with daily pay options and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have a high school education and prior dishwashing experience, with a willingness to work flexible shifts and multitask in a fast-paced team

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
