Dishwasher (Full Time) at Eurest USA — Dallas, TX: Role Overview

Dishwashers are the backbone of any commercial kitchen. At Eurest, this role goes beyond simply washing plates. You will maintain orderly, sanitary, and safe work areas that keep the entire culinary operation running smoothly. The position is based at Centre Kitchen, 5420 LBJ Freeway, Dallas, TX 75240.

Schedule & Compensation

• Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (additional details provided during interview)
• Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
• Referral Bonus: Internal Employee Referral Bonus available

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes, pots, pans, and trays by hand or via dishwashing machine
• Polish silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips, and buffing equipment
• Maintain proper chemical levels and water temperatures per sanitation standards
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors; wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces
• Remove trash, steam-clean garbage cans, and transfer supplies between storage and work areas
• Help load and unload supplies and product

What You Bring

• Physical stamina: Dishwashing requires prolonged standing, lifting, and working in warm, fast-paced environments. Mention any experience that demonstrates your endurance and reliability.
• Teamwork and communication: Kitchens run on coordination. Even without direct experience, show you can follow instructions quickly and communicate effectively with cooks and servers.
• Food safety awareness: Familiarity with basic sanitation concepts—proper chemical handling, cross-contamination prevention, and temperature control—will set you apart, even at the entry level. A short, free ServSafe or similar food handler course online can help.
