Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse dirty dishes and wash them by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans and trays to ensure cleanliness.
• Polish silverware using specified equipment and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keep dish area clean and organized, following safety rules.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and manage waste containers.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas; assist with loading/unloading.

Job Summary

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Schedule

Full‑time and part‑time schedules. Days and hours may vary. Open availability.

Pay Range

$15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food‑prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
