Overview

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time DISHWASHER positions. Location: 98 Bridge Street, Henniker, NH 03242. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules; days and hours may vary. Multiple shifts available. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required. Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Job summary and responsibilities include maintaining dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen and work areas in clean and sanitary condition, and supporting daily kitchen operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and procedures. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and handles waste according to designated procedures.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; assists with loading/unloading as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
