Job summary

Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital's Food Services Department is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to support a busy hospital kitchen. You will operate the dishwashing machine, keep the employee dining area clean and stocked, and assist with cart delivery to patient units.

• Collaborates with other departments to support kitchen operations.

• Maintains work area in a clean, neat, and organized manner.
• Scrubs pots and pans for the dishwasher.
• Operates the dishwashing machine according to policies to ensure clean and sanitized dishes.
• Stores clean dishes and utensils properly, preventing contamination.
• Stocks and maintains a clean employee dining room.
• Delivers food carts to the patient care unit and returns carts to the dish room.
• Maintains high standards of sanitation, housekeeping, and safety in operation and care of equipment.
• Maintains a good working relationship both within the department and with other departments.
