Eurest USA is hiring a full-time DISHWASHER for Intel OC43 Cafe in Chandler, AZ. The role requires prior dishwasher experience and offers a fixed pay rate of $17.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, with details discussed at interview.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean dishes, pots, pans, and prep surfaces, ensuring sanitation, and supporting kitchen operations as needed. Internal referral bonus options are available.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment; maintains sanitation.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and chemical standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe; sweeps and mops floors.
• Loads/stores supplies and equipment; transfers between areas.
• Assists with unloading deliveries and other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
3. Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
4. Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures.
5. Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
6. Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
7. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
8. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
9. Removes trash and places it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
10. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
11. Helps load and unload supplies and product.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
