Agua Caliente Casinos in Cathedral City, CA is seeking a general utility worker to support all food service operations. You will perform dishwashing, assist with pot washing, floor sanitation, and transport food within the kitchen and to the buffet.

The role requires following lead steward directions, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to all safety and internal controls. A high school diploma is preferred with at least six months of related experience, and the ability to obtain a Riverside

Job Description SummaryIs responsible for the maintenance and sanitation of all food service operations. Performs duties such as dishwashing, cleaning of all production equipment, floor cleaning and trash removal. Also may be subjected to a smoke filled environment.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
