Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. You will operate the dish-washing machine, sanitize all wares, and maintain a clean, safe work area as part of a collaborative kitchen team.

Responsibilities include cleaning production equipment, following schedules, and assisting with receiving supplies. Prior experience and flexibility with hours are preferred to help maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operates dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintains clean, sanitary environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and cleaning dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.
