Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time DISHWASHER positions at Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, CO. Schedule: 8 hours a week, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM with weekend availability. No prior experience required; training provided.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. These roles involve maintaining dishware and kitchen cleanliness, following safety protocols, and supporting the culinary team.

• Willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to the dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
