Compass Group USA is hiring for dishwashers at our Fort Myers location. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with days and hours varying. Training is available for candidates with or without prior dishwasher experience.

The role involves maintaining cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, and prep areas, following safety procedures, and supporting kitchen operations. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with eligible benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Dishwasher experience preferred, but not required.
• Willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine as appropriate.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and processes to maintain cleanliness.
• Maintains safety procedures and chemical levels as per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other prep surfaces.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
