Job summary

Unidine at Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush, CO is hiring to fill both full-time and part-time Dishwasher roles. You will support the kitchen by washing dishes, pots, and utensils, maintaining sanitary conditions and safe work areas. Training is provided and shifts vary by day.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate methods; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain safety and sanitation.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and handles waste disposal.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas; assists load/unload as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Unidine is hiring immediately for full time and part time DISHWASHER positions.

• Location : Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center - 122 Hospital Road, Brush, CO 80723.

• Schedule : Full time and part time schedules; various shifts available. Days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.

• Requirement : No prior experience is required; willing to train!

• Pay Range : $16.00 per hour to $19.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.

• Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.

• Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.

• Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures.

• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.

• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.

• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.

• Removes trash and places it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.

• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.

• Helps load and unload supplies and product.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
