Job summary

Hollywood Casino Perryville is seeking a dishwasher to support our kitchen operations on-site. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs, with sanitation certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to obtain Maryland Lottery License.
• Sanitation certificate from local Health Department.

Responsibilities

• Prepares tableware for washing.
• Collects soiled pots, washes and restacks cleaned pots.
• Responsible for removal of garbage and refuse.
• Mops and sweeps floors.
• Washes walls and ceiling tiles.
• Cleans and sanitizes all cooking equipment.
• Proper maintenance and distribution of company assets.
• Sets up dishwashing machine.
• Stacks and stores clean dishes in proper kitchen areas.
