Job summary

First Watch is a daytime dining concept hiring dishwashers who thrive in a fast-paced team. Our dishwashers help keep utensils clean, organized, and ready for service, and they work without night shifts.

You will maintain water temps, support the kitchen staff, and help ensure a safe, sanitary dining room environment. Must be at least 18 years old; experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Communicate well with others and value teamwork.
• Keep the dish area organized, clean, sanitized and running smoothly.
• Maintain the proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing.

Responsibilities

• Wash and rinse dishes, utensils and cookware.
• Keep dish station clean and organized for efficient service.
• Assist in maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Support kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
