Job summary

Sardi's is hiring dishwashers to join our team in Maryland. Duties include setting up and maintaining dish, prep, storage, and outside areas, washing and storing wares, and preparing items for service. Follow sanitation guidelines and daily checklists to stay organized and ready for each shift.

Responsibilities

• Setting up the dish, prep, storage, and outside areas
• Maintaining the dish, prep, storage, and outside areas
• Closing the dish, prep, storage, and outside areas
• Washing, drying, and storing wares
• Completing your prep list
• Preparing food to order
• Controlling waste and spoilage
• Cleaning, sanitation, safety, and security— being a great team player
• Restrooms are clean and stocked
• Storage areas stay organized and deliveries are put away quickly and properly
• Sinks are set-up for dishes and/or prep
• Outside stays clean, attractive, and in good shape for our guests
• The back door, loading, and dumpster areas stay clean, organized, and secured properly
