Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items, up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and workstations are clean and orderly
• Assist with basic food prep or kitchen tasks as needed
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Notify management of any broken or malfunctioning equipment
