Job summary

Double Tree by Hilton Fresno Convention Center is seeking a reliable Dish Washer/Prep Cook for its full-service restaurant. You will be responsible for washing dishes, expediting food when needed, and keeping the dish room and equipment clean and organized to support daily service.

Description

Down Town Double Tree By Hilton Fresno Convention Center, is looking for a Dish Washer/Prep Cook with experience in the full service restaurant. Looking for the following qualifications: Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized. Keep the floor clean and mopped all the time. Wash dishes and expedite food when needed. Wash silverwares, tableware, pots and cooking equipment's. Keep the dish room and equipment's clean and organized. Keep the floor swept, mopped and clean all the time.

Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills with co-workers. Functions as a supportive team member during the course of their shift. Position requires regular and reliable attendance. Other duties as assigned by the manager on duties.
