Qualifications

• Regularly stand and walk for eight to ten hours.
• Push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and sanitary kitchen areas and dining ware.
• Scrub and rinse pots, pans, utensils, chinaware, glassware, and silverware.
• Transport clean dishes to replenish work stations.
• Set up and break down dish stations and sinks.
• Maintain floors, wipe spills, and manage waste containers.
• Monitor water levels and use cleaners per supplier guidelines.
• Uphold personal appearance and hygiene standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
