Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated team member for dishwashing and kitchen duties at our Gilbert, AZ location. The role focuses on maintaining clean dishes, utensils, and dining areas, while supporting overall kitchen operations.

You will work as part of a collaborative team and contribute to a safe, efficient dining environment. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter with proactive work ethic.
• Able to communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, and move frequently during shifts.
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties.
• Wash utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for dining room resets.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas per schedules.
• Clean dish room, mop floors, wash mats, and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area.
