Job summary

Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is seeking a reliable dishwasher to join our kitchen team at our West Ashley location. If you work well in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping dishes, utensils and surfaces spotless, we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities include washing dishes, maintaining sanitation, assisting with basic prep, and supporting the kitchen during busy service. Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Team player attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Weekend and evening availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• Keep the dish area clean and organized
• Assist with basic kitchen prep and cleaning as needed
• Take out trash and maintain sanitation standards
• Support the kitchen team during busy service
