Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Smyrna, TN is seeking a reliable, hardworking dishwasher. You will keep dishes moving, maintain a clean dish pit and floors, and pitch in wherever the team needs help to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

No prior experience is required. This hands-on, high-energy role offers opportunities for advancement from the line to pitmaster and kitchen manager as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8+ hours.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Move dishes, utensils, and smallwares through the dishwashing process.
• Keep the dish pit and kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Assist teammates wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Support overall kitchen operations as part of a fast-paced team.
• Be a dependable member who takes pride in finishing tasks right.
