Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience preferred
• Ability to follow sanitation guidelines
• Team player with good communication

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and ensure proper rinsing and washing temperatures
• Change water and safely store/use dish chemicals
• Set up and organize dish racks and loading areas
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
• Maintain safety and sanitation practices at all times
• Demonstrate teamwork with fellow Roadies
