Out West Restaurant Group in Palmdale, CA is hiring for a back-of-house role with hourly pay of $16.90-$18.00, non-exempt and not eligible for tips. You will help maintain kitchen operations, ensure food safety, and support a team-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year BOH experience in full-service restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• California beverage service certifications required or able to obtain within training period.

• Keeps dishwashing areas organized to ensure smooth operations.
• Manages tasks efficiently to maintain kitchen workflow.
• Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
