Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen
• Good attitude and reliable work ethic
• Able to lift 20 lb trays and mop bucket
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop walk-in, dry storage, back dock area to keep it neat and clean
• Empty trash, report dumpster status, clean dumpster area as needed
• Clean strainer under the dish machine; wipe all dish areas; polish metal surfaces
• Sort and organize glasses, cups, and silverware per proper procedures
