• Polishes silverware using available equipment; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and aligns with safety procedures.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors; cleans work surfaces and walls.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
